Being on the list means you have the right to file grievances regarding pay when you are worked beyond 9.5 hours more than twice a week. When UPS violates your 9.5 rights as a driver, the company is required to reduce your workload and pay triple time-instead of time-and-a-half-for time worked in excess of 9.
